Information you give us. When you request an estimate, fill out a form, call, text or email us, or become a customer, we collect things like:

- Scheduling, estimate, contract, invoice and payment records for your project
Payment information. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card or bank account number goes to Stripe, not to us, and we do not store it.
Photos of the work. We take photos of your project as the work progresses so we can keep you and our team up to date and keep a record of the work.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our site and the tools that run it may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools, which may include tools from Google, to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Referrals. If a referral partner, such as a showroom or supplier, sent you to us, we receive the contact and project details you agreed to share with them.
How we use your information
We use your information to:

Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use your number to send you texts about your request and your project, such as replies to your questions, appointment reminders, "on my way" notices, project updates, invoice and payment reminders, and a request for feedback after your project. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

We do not share, sell, rent or provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent to any third parties, affiliates or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as the software we use for estimates, scheduling and invoicing, our payment processor, email and text message delivery providers, mapping services that locate job addresses, and website hosting and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Subcontractors and suppliers who help complete your project, who receive only what they need to do their part, such as your address and project details.
- Referral partners. If a referral partner sent you to us, that partner can see where your project stands, such as whether it moved forward, so they can be thanked for the referral. We share photos of your project with a referral partner only with your written permission.
- Legal and safety reasons, when we believe the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of you, us or others.
- Business changes, such as a sale or merger of our business, where your information would stay covered by this policy.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Photos of your home
We use photos that show your home or property in our marketing, such as our website or social media, only with your permission.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for your project, your warranty, and our business, tax and legal records, and then we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No website, system or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
